Grace

At times I may grow weak and feel a bit discouraged,
Knowing that someone, somewhere could do a better job.
For who am I to serve You? I know I don't deserve You.
I ask you: "How many times will you pick me up,
When I keep on letting you down?
And each time I will fall short of Your glory,
How far will forgiveness abound?"

And You answer: "My child, I love you.
And as long as you're seeking My face,
You'll walk in the power of My daily sufficient grace."

As I walk with You, I'm learning what Your grace really means.
The price that I could never pay was paid at Calvary.
So, instead of trying to repay You, I'm learning to simply obey You
By giving up my life to you For all that You've given to me.

Thank you Lord, how many times we've failed, still your mercy remains… 

The short met up with a sister was a powerful encounter and sharing. 
I learnt so much from her. Thankful that we are bought together as good friends. 
Listening to her makes my heart quenched for a moment, it must have been hard on her to go through the struggles and secret shame alone, yet love is way too much to give her lesser things.

Glad that she has grown and experienced breakthrough in this area which i once did. 

It was a time of vulnerable sharing, no pretense, to just come together as we are and share about His grace and give Him all the glory through the boosting of our weakness.. (2cor 11:30)

Thank you Lord for touching her in the jubilee camp, and touching me through her story too!

Was also reminded that we don't have to be a leader to serve and love people. 
God loves people! and Jesus find joy in serving and being around with people. It Is a great privilege to know Christ more! that is a gain and the rest in the world are consider loss. (Philip 3:8)

She shared with me the story of Jade.. How she once struggled so much but now she is totally amazed by how God used her as a prophetic singer to bring emotional healing to people. Wow! this is the cool and amazing thing about God- He loves using the broken pieces for his glory, and the miracle is always in the breaking. And here's the best part..

The power is in the broken pieces. 

It doesn't stop there, there is more. 

Our confidence is not in our capability, our achievements, how we speak or how much we do, or what we have built for ourselves or for God. Our confidence is in what it started on, and it started with Jesus. The disciples wavered when Jesus wanted them to step out of the boat, because they placed their confidence in the boat, in what is comfortable and what they have,  and not in Jesus, despite knowing how Jesus had bought them through so many things and miracles. 

When I'm faced with a storm in future, I do not wanna look at where I am now. 

My confidence is not in my ability to speak well, my capability or what God has built, my confidence is in the fact of what I was a nobody, when nobody knew me, when i was totally broken and abused; and God found me, He came in and He put His hand in my life, telling me my worth and raised me up. That same God who did that will calm the storm that is ahead. 

I take into my future what God has done for me. 

The God who started this salvation work through us is the God who will see it to completion. 

I wanna remember it's all about You, to have a fresh start with you everyday… 

It is when you are at the end of yourself, Jesus shows up and do the impossible, just like what he had done to the 5 loaves and 2 fishes. 

But you have to be willing to offer what you got to him, no matter how seemingly little it is, and let him breaks you and work a miracle, just like how he broke the bread to feed the 5000! He is here to mould and do a miracle..

There is no end to what he is going to do through you. Keep giving that 5 loaves and 2 fishes to him, obedience is key to Christ's sustenance. 

God specialize in turning nothing into something, in making whole of what is broken, and making more than enough of what seems never enough. 

He loves you friend, He loves you..
